Fees
Our general rates are listed below. For more information, please use the Contact Us page, email (contact@thevabusiness.com) or call us (888-859-9510) to discuss your project and we can provide a more accurate estimate that corresponds to your individual project.
Hourly Rates
Our usual rates are between $25.00 to $45.00 per hour depending upon the complexity of the project or work.
Work is billed in 15 minute increments.
Monthly Retainers
Monthly retainers are available and you can save 5 to 10% off the hourly fee by prepaying for your services.
Additional time is billed at the normal per hour rate for the task, and unused time does not roll over to the next month.
Billing
Monthly retainers are due at the beginning of the month prior to work beginning and if you go over your allocated hours, you will be billed at the end of the month for the overage and payment is expected within 15 days.
Hourly time is billed weekly on Fridays and payment is expected within 7 days.
Projects are billed upon completion of project and payment is expected within 10 days.
Some projects will require half of the fee upfront with the remainder due within 10 days of completion of the project.
Expenditures such as postage and specialty items (special papers, presentation slides, etc.) will be billed directly to the client and are due upon receipt.
